Perspective
Through the combination of production, education and research, we applies advanced self-developed key technologies such as surface engineering, non-destructive testing and rest life evaluation to remanufacturing, which greatly enhances the quality of remanufactured products, and better performance than before, to achieve saving 50% cost, 70% raw material and more than 60% capacity. In accordance with the requirements of the State Development and Reform Commission pilot projects on recycling economy and the remanufacturing of auto parts, we endeavored to solve the bottlenecks of technology and equipment that will restrict the remanufacturing capacity of engines and the quality of the remanufactured products. We will also improve and enhance the remanufacturing system of used and disabled engines; to deeply develop the extra value of resources, materials and labor value in order to create obvious economic benefits, resource benefits and environmental benefits, contribute to China remanufacturing engine industry, provide useful exploration of promoting the development of circular economy and accumulate experience for China Remanufacturing auto parts industry.
